In recent years, a large part of Bob's practice has come to involve helping business owners to identify and achieve their personal and business goals. Sometimes this requires addressing the immediate needs of a start-up business. Just as often however, it may involve working closely with a going concern to increase sales and maximize profits or helping the owner of an established business to value, market and sell a business as part of a retirement strategy. Bob Mittelholzer and the attorneys at Mittelholzer & Dibble, PLLC have the background and experience to handle all aspects of a case through trial if necessary to a successful conclusion. |
