With over 30 years' experience in the practice of law in seacoast N.H., Steve has developed a strong practice in the representation of business entities at the courtroom and boardroom levels, helping entrepreneurs form the appropriate organizations and assemble the financing and operational packages to grow their innovations into prosperous, rewarding enterprises. He is well grounded in the art and science of real estate law and finance and can be of particular assistance in building a business literally from the ground up. Steve comes from an extensive background in civil litigation, as trial counsel and mediator, primarily in the areas of product liability, premises, construction, and motor vehicle disputes.

Steve is a founder, officer and director of the Strafford Rivers Conservancy, past president of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the Rochester, N.H., Heritage Trust and its Opera House Restoration Committee.
